What do we do?

The Foundation is dedicated to improving the wellbeing of the communities of the canton of La Cruz through the strengthening of the social intertwining, citizen participation and sustainable development.

Interchanges

We believe in the power of interchanges and the collaboration to build strong and vibrant communities. That is why we have had several national and international exchanges with foundations such as Monteverde Foundation, Guanacaste Foundation and Charles S. Foundation.

Training

We promote training opportunities that strengthen the different members of our community that allows them to reach their maximum potential in order to promote the social, economic and environmental development of the area.

Mobilize and channel resources

By means of strategic alliances, programs and projects, we channel financial, material and human resources to initiatives that address social challenges and promote progress and equity in the canton.

EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES

Youth training

Busca crear Seeks to create spaces for education, training and exchanges related to environmental issues, culture, entrepreneurship, sports and others through workshops, camps, outings, and educational recreation in general, that promote attitudes and values for the construction of purposeful life projects.

Sustainable social development

We focus our efforts on key areas such as education, health, employment, housing, food security and access to basic services. Through collaboration with local partners and the community.

Environment

We focus on conserving natural resources, reducing our carbon footprint, promoting renewable energy, and raising awareness of environmental issues. We believe in the importance of caring for our natural environment for present and future generations.
